Jack's Cap is Back! I did this show expecting to tell you all about how much salary cap the Browns have and the exciting ways that we can spend it. Unfortunately the Browns were 6th highest spenders in 2018 and have very little to spend if we want to re-sign Robinson, Perriman as well as tender BBC, Higgins as well as adding Flowers in FA.
